Yoga Practices for AI Agents
You read that correctly. I spend a lot of time on my yoga mat, my bike, and my computer.
Now my computer's getting on it's own mat, sort of.... I've developed a set of yogic instructions for Agentic AI so that it can gain some of the benefits which us humans enjoy from a regular yoga practice: focus, intent, clarity...
On behalf of my yoga studio, STRETCH, I've published an open-source framework that maps yoga directly onto AI agent behaviour: grounding before acting, breath as pacing between steps, long passive holds for context-gathering (Yin), and a proper Savasana protocol so agents actually stop when the task is done.
